Was told to wait outside with my assistance dog, who was fully vested in gear from our training association and was behaving appropriately. I informed them that he was an assistance dog, and that would be unlawful discrimination. They said “no it’s not” and continued to tell us to wait outside. Won’t be going back and they’ve been reported to the relevant authorities.

If it is possible to give no stars I absolutely would this place is absolutely disgraceful. Manger and staff are extremely rude to customers from everything as giving disgusting looks to talking about you right in front of your eyes ! and refuse to make meals if they take too long half of the menu are off limits as they had 4 orders and became too flustered, they get orders horribly wrong. I ate here and witnessed cross contamination with the food multiple times within an hour!. I would take your money else where and to a cafe that deserves to be open !

The staff gets easily frustrated when they receive more than 4 orders one time, closes the shop down for a brief period. You’re not allowed to order any light meals as it takes too much time for them to cook. Absolute dismal experience and very unprofessional as they converse about certain customers quite poorly.

Most rude woman behind the counter. We made a very clear order and she managed to give us everything we dis not order and then proceeded to blame us for our ordering skills, by saying we should have assumed that a salad sandwich always included egg. Then walked behind the counter complaining loudly enough for all to hear. Zero customer service and 100% incompetence.

Rude manager. Came and complained about how we spilt a tiny amount of food on the table when we were still eating she then yelled at one of the staff to come clean it up.. hate places that speak down to there staff . no wonder this place is always empty!!!
