As soon as we walked in staff let us know there was no rice, in case we wanted to go elsewhere. How polite! She then continued to help us through, asking what we would like & how she would adjust our meals. She was very friendly & it was lovely to see [both] staff smiling & happy so late in the evening, especially after the day she described. This was the perfect atmosphere! ☺️

We went there last 27th of April for dinner. It was a busy night but the duo who were working that night did a great job. The girl was very courteous and polite even though they were smashed customer and delivery orders. The boy was on point preparing the food. They did a great job running the restaurant. Kudos to these hard working duo.

I ordered via Uber Eats and trusted Zambrero’s for a pregnancy safe take away meal for dinner whilst on a night shift. I was impressed when I saw the generous size of my burrito but quickly realised there was close to no salad. It was like 90% rice. Still tasty but not the eluded salad filled burrito that can be seen online. I hope that my review will serve as a friendly reminder to be more generous with your fillings/retrain staff.

Husband became violently I’ll after eating the beef burrito. He said it felt like he’d eaten razor blades and he was on the ground in pain and vomiting for over 10 minutes. We almost had to call an ambulance because of this until he finally vomited it all up. Either a chemical must’ve been spilt into it or it was incredibly spoiled food. The manager then responded ‘threw out the beef’ via text which in itself is unprofessional and then proceeded to bad talk us again via text message which is inappropriate and unprofessional for leaving a poor review of our experience even though we didn’t ask for any compensation and we just wanted to let them know that it could make other customers very sick and that it was a horrible experience. Disgusting customer service and disgusting food that could genuinely hurt someone.
