This place offers a vibe you can’t experience anywhere else. We came on a weekday night, the place was busy but very quiet. It took me back to Japan! It’s a very small space and everyone is just quietly enjoying their food. There was only a lady running the whole front of house. She serves the drinks and food, clean the tables, take care of the register and take the orders. However, the food came out rather quickly! Despite being busy, the lady was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

Price and service is good, however, quality is dependent on what you order. We had good sashimi, but the sushi wasn’t good. Takoyaki was nice but the agedashi tofu was just average. It’s getting harder to find authentic and good tasting Japanese food in the CBD these days…
