Overall, good quality tasty Indian street food. Service could be better, as waited a long just to receive small plate dish. Staff was good, apologize for it, which is a good gesture. Appreciate it. If would like to avoid any disappointment, don’t order chef’s special pot paubhaji….not because wasn’t good, but not enough for 1 person, quantity not enough-see pic. Instead would have ordered proper special bhaji pav if knew it before.

My experience at Vividh restaurant left much to be desired. After a friend’s recommendation, I was excited to try their chaats, but I left disappointed. The masala puri lacked authenticity, with an excessive sprinkle of “chat masala powder” on “sookha pani puri,” deviating from the traditional South Indian flavor. The samosa chat felt like an odd fusion with a curd rice-like base instead of the expected rice, featuring an “onion-potato” sabji. The sev puri was surprisingly soft, almost resembling marshmallows in texture. To make matters worse, I discovered a hair string in my samosa chat, which raised concerns about their hygiene practices. Didn’t bother to inform the staff as i was already disappointed with the taste. Moreover, all the dishes were overly salty, a potential concern for individuals with a history of diabetes and blood pressure issues. On top of the disappointing culinary experience, the front desk receptionist displayed a lack of customer-friendly behavior, failing to engage with her customers. I sincerely hope the restaurant invests in customer service training to enhance the overall dining experience.

Had a disappointing experience. Heard a lot about the restaurant but turned out to be a damp squib. Service was quick although heartless in the manner we were served. Recommend coaching the staff to be more polite and cordial to guests. Foodwise apart from a couple of dishes that were ok, rest did not live upto the expectations. Guessing the main chef was away..nonetheless pls take this feedback in a postive stride to avoid further disappointing reviews for the future
