Came here as we were hungry from exploring the City of Newcastle and the beaches. Holiday for 3 nights and our first night we had dinner here, the waiter “Eddy” was really busy, but yet he handled everything well and accommodating us, whenever we needed something, he provided us.

Went here with my husband almost a year ago and the service was so bad, food came out an hour after we ordered and we just had the usual rare beef pho. Vowed we would never go back there. Today we decided to give it another try in the hopes of having a better experience. Same. Service still sucked. Got my own plates from their shelf because waiter didn’t have any sense that when you serve a bucket of rice, u have to include a few bowls. Food that arrived were placed on the corner of the table even if there were more space in the middle to the point my baby almost got burned with the hot soup. Seriously, will not recommend this place. Such a shame the place looks so posh. Hopefully someone else steps in to run this place. Consolation the pancake was good.
