A beautiful venue with amazing food and lovely staff. The chefs are young but producing amazing food. We chose the medley paired with the wine which was great. We havebfelt we would have missed out if we hadn’t of had the medley. A must visit for lunch and I can only imagine the dinner would be great too.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This is a special treat. We went here for lunch and it was a sensational experience. We did it as part of a wine tour with Filipos tours and had a paired wine tasting with our lunch. The quality of the food is first class. You will not get a better lunch, please visit here. The service is excellent.

A group of 9 of very spoiled diners who love a good restaurant dined here last weekend. The food was absolutely amazing! The same if not better than many well known restaurants we have visited in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Great cocktail and wine list and really hard to fault this restaurant. Great restaurant at the top of town with plenty of wine expertise as a backbone. Attended the restaurant on a Sunday for mother’s Day to try the fixed three course menu. The food was good, if a bit expensive for what it was. The site is nice and the staff were especially helpful with the wine choices.

Every time we visit Stanthorpe, Varias is a must and book early! Superb new menu – highly recommend the kangaroo 10/10, duck and wash down with the Banca Ridge sparkling red, and maybe take home a bottle or two. Cheers chef and college crew.
