Nothing has made me scream for ice cream more than the offerings at Van Diemens Land Creamery. While I didn’t get the opportunity to visit their flagship branch, I was able to try out their lemon curd ice cream and blood orange sorbet. Looking back, it would’ve been my biggest regret if I didn’t get to taste such a national treasure.

I’ve been waiting all day for my special treat after our hike in the picturesque Cradle Mountain, and it was definitely worth the wait. They have some very unique flavours such as the pepper Berries, and lavender and coconut which can’t be found anywhere else.

Popped in here today and wasn’t disappointed. Lovely staff and atmosphere. We had a tropical pizza that was absolutely delicious and well priced. Topped off with the best lemon curd ice-cream for me and salted caramel ice-cream for the hubby. Great coffee and hot chocolate too! We’ll definitely be back!
