Great atmosphere, especially on a sunny day when you can sit outside. There’s a small gift shop inside, a playroom for kids, and a play area outside (very kid friendly)! You can also borrow board games to play at your table.

We absolutely love Urban Paddock. Found it by accident on a drive one day and, just can’t find enough words to praise this gem of Dalby. The property is an historic landmark building for Dalby and the story is a lovely read. It has been set up with care not to obliterate the past and also has a gift shop with a great gift selection including lovely gourmet food selections. The food is top-notch. Not only is it refreshingly different from anywhere else (and I’ve eaten all over the world), it is satisfying and comforting and the portions are ample. My favourites are the Lamb Burger and the Chilli Lime Squid Salad. We drive from Kingaroy just for lunch and it’s worth it every time.

Fantastic cafe with several beautiful spaces inside & out. We were in Dalby for work and ate there a few times. Each time is was very nice. The coffee is great, the food is delicious, the staff are lovely & the grounds are beautiful. I tried the lamb burger & it was yummy & the Okonomiyaki Fritter – never had this before and it didn’t disappoint.
