Hi I’m Uncle Frank the Owner of Uncle Frank’s Cafe Pizzeria Salamander Bay
I know about cooking having come from a large family who love food. I started as a pastry cook back in the 80’s and my love for food has taken me to many different places. I started teaching my love for cooking to other people & I found I did not get the same joy I get when cooking for a family or lots of people who are chatting & joking about life. So I started Uncle Frank’s Cafe Pizzeria Salamander Bay.
Come to my place where you will be warmly greeted, always ready to chat & joke with you, hoping to make your time enjoyable & worthwhile. We now has a Liquor License & now a Pizzeria selling the tastiest pizza you have tried for a long time.

I like the beef and gravy rolls I then tried three pizzas a meat lovers a super supreme and ham and pineapple. Well 10 out of 10 for them three pizzas the boys really like them and by the time I went to grab some that was almost gone you’ve gotta be quick when they’re so nice thank you for making such nice pizzas and I would highly recommend to anybody go for a drive over and grab a pizza I rang up first and ordered mine and then when I got there it was ready to go from MWH

We came across uncle Frank’s by accident. But so happy to have found this cafe. Coffee is good and it has a happy atmosphere. On a main road it’s popular with tradies.

$16 Works burger was under cooked, no beetroot, tomato or onions, with way too much sauce! Service was even worse. Cappuccino was a burnt flat white. Every time you come here there’s new staff.

A great takeaway shop tucked away in an industrial area. Ordered the fish cocktails and a classic burger. The bite sized fish cocktails were nice and the chips were still crunchy after a 40mins drive. The beef patty in the burger was juicy but the burger could be better with more sauce for me.
