Food was amazing, I had the shiitake mushroom sushi and my partner had ramen he said it was soo good and just melted in his mouth. The sushi was amazing and the ginger it came with was 10/10. Good Japanese beer on tap and refreshing mango ice tea I think it was homemade! Definitely will come back

Hands down the best Japanese place in Sydney. I always go back for their crispy chicken roll. No items in their menu will disappoint you. Service is not that great and waiting time is very long. Hence the 4 start. But the food I have nothing to complain about.

Came on a Wednesday night. Had Ramen. Generous. Lovely. There is a carpark here too and not far from Kirrawee station.

I’ve eaten here twice now and have both times found the food to be extremely tasty and reasonably priced. The sashimi was a standout by far, as where the rolls which were bigger than we expected and absolutely delicious. Because of the location, it can often get cold during winter so be prepared to rug up and order yourself a big bowl of miso soup. In face, next time I’ll be trying their ramen. Really happy to call this place my local.

Food was good but they added 6.9% to the bill when I paid instead of the 1.5% card fee advertised. It felt wrong so I double checked menu prices on way out but couldn’t be bothered going back in to ask for the overall small refund. Did put me off going again though (was not a weekend or public holiday). Set add on is good value $2 for salad and Udon soup.

May 2022 – Tried the wagyu ramen and it wasn’t good. This is meant to be a chef recommended dish and the noodles were again overcooked making it way too soft. The supposed mb7 wagyu was overcooked, tough and clumped together (check photos). Also our order of 1 serve salmon nigiri and 1 wagyu ramen took over 30mins to serve. Sorry but I cannot recommend coming here and personally won’t be coming back here again after this experience.

Reccomended! Oishii! I’m a bit shocked to read all of the bad reviews because I have been here several times and it has always been DELICIOUS with authentic Japanese food and flavours. Recommend trying the Japanese Curry and the Katsu Don. Go into the restaurant and give it a try, beware that it can be cold so wear warm clothes as it’s partially outdoors in that shopping centre at Kirawee.

Amazing sushi and sashimi, in a central location. Great for kids, with an indoor park nearby and toilets. Only negatives would be the noise at peak times, but that’s not the restaurant and more the location.

Food was delicious, came quickly enough and staff were helpful. Tried to come a few days prior and they weren’t selling any soups, but I don’t know if that was a one time thing or a regular event.

Really authentic tasting Japanese. The food here was pretty good and the staff pleasant too. The venue itself was clean. We tried the takoyaki (good), the adashi tofu (ok), the karaage chicken (great), crispy chicken roll (good) and tempura vegetables (delicious).
