We love visiting this cafe – the service was very friendly (the owner Mark is very welcoming too!), the food and drinks were delicious. The vibe of the place is relaxing – there is a little cubby house at the back that’s nice for kids.

Tractor 828 never fails to disappoint, ordered the chicken schnitzel burger with a side of chips and I can tell you it was made to absolute perfection, the chicken schnitzel wasn’t undercooked or over cooked but it was cooked just right, the burger has a very flavourful taste and the chips had the right amount of salt balance and tasted nice and fresh, ordered the vanilla thick shake for my drink and it was delicious , there wasn’t so much ice cream that it got stuck in the straw which is perfect and it had the right balance of vanilla flavour, milk and ice cream. I would have given it a 5 star review but the service was a bit slow even though there weren’t many people at the time but hey there’s always room for improvement, I highly recommend coming to this place for your lunch or breakfast.

Service was really friendly & welcoming which was received in no time at all & at a reasonable cost. The menu was varied with a specials menu offered as well. I had a hard choice as every thing appealed to me except the bacon (not halal) but you can ask for it to be omitted.

So damn good we didn’t have time to take a good food photo; so here is the bit I couldn’t get with my finger . Great coffee and home made beans + more. Country atmosphere, great chat with the owner and his team (so friendly). This was our starting point to get the Sackville Ferry over and bike packing to Wiseman’s Ferry ♂️

Tractor just keeps getting better and better. With the addition of fine dining nights, bistro Saturday nights and weekly weekend specials, it’s certainly worth the drive. The staff here are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. Sharon also creates some of the most mouth watering cakes that you MUST try before you leave. Follow tractor on insta for their specials. There’s always something whether you have a sweet tooth like me (just look at those pancake specials!) or if you’re more of a savoury person, you won’t be disappointed

Food was okay but i really do wish the staff were more approachable and good natured. We kindly asked for an extra plate when the staff was bringing our two orders over. but staff said, “yes, im going to bring an extra plate, you see i can only hold two plates at once”. There was no need for that and a lot more patience would be nice
