The food was good, and everyone enjoyed their meals, but, that is where it ends. We had a booking for 9, however they only had a table free for 8 (small tables) and one person had to stand for 20 minutes until the table next to us was finished for them to be squished together. Within that space of 20 minutes, the waiter tried taking our order for mains multiple times even though I advised him we wouldn’t order the main dishes until the full group could be seated as per our booking. Everything felt rushed, and the service was lacking.

This place is such a hidden gem, the food is amazing and fast. I came here twice. First time was a Friday night, even though it was super busy, but the quality remained high and speed is fast! Love the carbonara and the chili jar that they own here, really fresh and good match with pasta. Grilled seafood is also amazing, unlike other restaurants only simply grilled or deep fried all the seafood, here they actually pay effort on how to cook to bring out the freshness of the seafood they served. I could not believe why I only found out this place recently. Highly recommended!!!!

Be prepared to wait ~25-35 mins for a table. Because it’s so busy the service can be a little slow, but that is expected. Garlic Foccacia for starters, I highly recommend. Very chewy but crispy bread, and not too buttery. Our first main was the spaghetti marinara with mussels, which was really tasty – pasta was cooked nicely and the sauce flavourful with a bit of a kick. Our second main was the eggplant parmigiana, which was a bit too mushy and saucy for my liking, but overall still tasty. One thing to be wary of is the dishes are on the pricier side (32 average for mains), but the serving sizes somewhat justify it. Atmosphere of course is immaculate, highly recommend sitting in the spacious outside area weather permitting.

We’ve been here a number of times, and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious.

What a find. Following a tip off from The lonely Planet Guidebook, we took a chance, and it did not disappoint. And not to mention we are of Italian heritage and enjoy authentic fare. The food was generous and fresh, full of flavour and staff were funny, inviting and charming! The wine list was supported by gorgeous Italian Style Victorian vino and delicious! I wish you were in Brisbane!!!!

To be honest I don’t know why it’s so hyped. The food was way too salty and tasted very intense. Quite disappointed as I thought it’s gonna be so great as what a friend told me plus the fact that it’s very hard to book. Probably we ordered the wrong ones? ♂️ (the pasta we ordered was under special menu though)

My partner and I decided to have a nice lunch on a Sunday. I understand Sundays are busy, however that doesn’t mean we should receive no service. I got wine to go with my pasta, the wine glass was dirty and so was the water glass.

The food was all average. The squid ink lack flavours and the lasagna was so dry. The prosciutto pizza was a little too dry to my liking. Giving one extra star for providing additional cheese and chilli oil on the side which gave a nice spice kick to the flavour. Also, it was clear that the staff saw that we were still eating but decide to remove the plates. 🙁 …rude. Overall, I’m not coming back…

Visited the insanely popular Italian haven. This place was absolutely jam packed with folks. We went for the Eggplant parmigiana, vego pizza, hot chocolate and creme brulee! Food was a little overpriced for the taste. They ran out of the tiramisu so little disappointed. They also charged us accidentally for something we dint order. Overall an average experience.

I have dine at Tiamo and bought takeaways from there over the years but yesterday take away was a real disappointment bought 2 main size fettuccine carbonara and I think the cook must have thought it was1 order initially then realised it was for 2 and split the one meal into 2 … as this is the first time the main size is so small … only enough to fill up a kid. Definitely not going back anymore time to visit Brunetti or Papa Gino’s . The other thing is that the phone always goes to the voice recording service can’t even express my dissatisfaction to them over the phone
