A lovely local restaurant that focuses on seafood. A few entrees were a little hit and miss but both of our main courses more than made up for it. Scrummy old school garlic prawns and fish of the day – Kingfish – beautifully cooked with vegetables that complimented the fish perfectly. Service was above what I’d normally expect and the views across the hinterland and across the Sunshine Coast were rather delightful.

Beautiful Meal, wonderful customer service, However for the price $200 for a seafood platter, have paid a lot less for seafood platters with much more on the plate. Otherwise a great experience with a wonderful view.

For a $300 plus meal for two, was disappointing due to some simple issues. Wait staff whilst very busy had a great attitude, despite being new. The $200 red balloon voucher was poor value for what was offered. Our issues: small servings and value vs cost. The size serving issue seems Red Balloon related compared to other table serving sizes. Some of the seafood was not fresh, the prawns were mushy, were not chilled and the whole seafood meal had sitting out of the fridge far too long. Mentioned the issue with the prawns lack of freshness at bill time, management was totally dismissive and ignored my comment/feedback.

We ordered a seafood steak combo for 2 . It was amazing, staff are friendly & helpful, checking how the seafood platter was going before steak dish started. Absolutely loved dinner, yes more than we would usually spend well worth it.

We stopped in for lunch on a roadtrip to Maleny. The staff were friendly. The service was quick. The food was fresh and delicious. It’s not cheap, but the luxury of having table service with a beautiful view is worth the price. I had fisherman plate and my husband who doesn’t eat seafood, had the pork belly. We’ll be back.

Have not been back for some time and was very disappointed with the meal quality and serving sizes. The oysters were way undersized and for our main we were served a wilted salad and entree size mains. Not good value for money and left hungry. The staff were amazing and friendly and the views are breathtaking!

We couldn’t fault the service at the Terrace! The team were attentive, friendly and helpful. The venue is beautiful with a nice ambience created with candlelit tables. The portions are extremely generous with fresh seafood. If you’re thinking about the chowder, maybe test the sampler size rather than jumping into a big bowl – it’s very hearty!

Wonderful seafood feast experience! Very kind and lovely staff. Cold and hot seafood platters were massive so we had the leftovers packed for take away. Well worth the money and you won’t regret.
