Love the place. Food was delish literally every bite was tasty. Service customer was so lovely and friendly every time. Food took a but longer to deliver to the table. However, the time was worth it.

Great venue for live music. Reasonably expensive for a pub but good atmosphere. Would be good to have more staff on behind the bar during the meal service time. Very dog friendly.

Great location for some outdoor food and beer session. Food is mixed, brisket was great if a little over sauced (some slaw side would be nice) but “Thai” vego noodle was poor and pretty woeful for $28. Probably best stick to meats and pub classics I’d say. Good wine list and reasonable priced and plenty of beers on tap as expected. Good variety to zero alcohol beers too (had a good mandarin sour)

Great location and venue! The selection of drinks is great with an excellent beer garden! Very nice atmosphere and staff where nice! The food was also very nice! Have eaten in the past in the restaurant and that was delicious but only just ate in the beer garden off the pub menu and had the parmi! It was good! Maybe slightly overpriced but at least it was very big and quite yummy! Can’t complain! Can definitely recommend!

Love this place – staff are great, food is incredible, atmosphere is fun. Sunday afternoon live music WOULD be perfect for a relaxing few drinks with friends, but the music is too loud to interact. That’s my only criticism.

Andy and Kevin were great at directing me to the best seating locations, suggest some very fine food, parmi orders are divine here. The beers are very smooth with the bar staff giving you jokes and very good insight to the beers you’re drinking. I’d recommend salty dog as a destination point on your tassie tour.

Partner ordered the $40 12 hour smoked brisket with chimichurri and it was sadly not as sold. Suspect meat to be boiled (and no chimichurri) so returned it for a Parma. Staff were friendly and accommodating and provided a free dessert. We were cold and the heaters were apparently not working. Hopefully better experience next time! Had a great lunch in the beer garden on Saturday.

$29 for a parmy that comes with coleslaw instead of salad is a bit pricey. They only do table service in the restaurant so couldn’t order a drink at the bar – but a 20m walk around to the other side of the building and I could order a drink.
