Dead set worse pizza I’ve ever had in my life! I’m from out of town and went to get fish and chips from next door only to walk up to see they were locking up 7pm on a Friday so went next door to get pizza. On the menu 2 pizzas garlic bread and drink $54 I paid $60 the next person paid $74 for the same deal and they said it was cause they added pineapple. A tin of pineapple isn’t $20. Service was terrible and when I finally got my meal the garlic bread was still cold and frozen in the middle.

Ordered desert pizzas online as a treat for my kids on movie night and was sent a message saying the pizza would arrive about 7:34 (an hour after I ordered it) but not to expect it then due to it being a system created time… Pizza arrived 9:02. My younger children are well and truly asleep and my oldest is unable to eat it because it is burnt. Rather expensive to end up this unhappy about my order. Very disappointed. Will not order here again or recommend.

Absolutely shameful excuse for a pizza. Barely any cheese and thinner than the box it came in. At $27 I expected far more, I’d laugh if I wasn’t so disappointed. Seemed to be cold even though I was on time to pick it up.

Always a great experience, even when a mistake is made The Mix take it on the chin and rectify it before you can even remember there was a mistake made. Never have I come across a business who can make an error ( as we all do) and keep my attention as first priority in their cuisine. There pizza is always worth the price paid, delicious, quick and tastes like real food unlike the cardboard taste some chain resturants sell. I will always order from The Mix confidently knowing they care about the quality of each order. Well done everyone whatever it is your doing keep it up, we need more of it 🙂

The pizza is yum and worth the money BUT…… there ALWAYS seems to be some mix up and even if you order an hour in advance it still takes longer. I’ve been to the shop 3 times now and so many people have been disappointed with the wait time (2hrs in some cases) and the mix ups with their orders. If you are willing to accept that there’s always mix ups and time delays and other issues then the pizza when you finally get it will be tasty.

We just ordered and went and picked it up. Really doubtful, a little expensive and small but ohhh wow. The meaty bread was amazing!!!! You HAVE to get it. Pizza excellent too. A little expensive but worth it!!

We were recommended The Mix from the manager at our motel. We didn’t fancy driving back out for dinner so went to their website and ordered online. Pizzas start at $23 up to the 13” around $32. The price did make me hesitate but I saw they did a meal deal for around $50 which included an 11” pizza (upgrade to a 13” for an extra $10) a garlic bread, their mushrooms and a dessert pizza of which we had the apple crumble and custard, not forgetting two drinks of choice. With delivery it was around $68 by the time we upgraded, we end up spending more than that at Domino Pizza.

Love getting pizza from The Mix, always hot and delicious. Love the variety of choices for pizza toppings and base sizes. Great value for money! Ordering a 9” pizza easy feeds two adults or one with left overs. Never disappointed.

I ordered pizzas for all my kids. I got sent the wrong delivery time and it was over an hour late and wrong order. Once food arrived I contacted the shop and they were extremely rude. Once I called back and said I want to complain the son of the shop owner begged me not to as he said his parents would get upset at him and said he will call me the next day to fix the issue. He did not and he has egnored phone calls since. He later dropped off the so called fixed pizza on my letterbox that was not cooked. I do not recommend ordering from this place. The price is not worth the food and the rudness. If the parents of this child can contact me ill be happy to show you the text.
