Absolute fire! Highly recommend the honey chicken, Mongolian lamb….or beef, whichever you prefer. I will definitely be having another crack at these guys this week. Some of the best chinese I’ve had. Located across from The Junction Fair Shopping Centre, there’s on street parking available and it’s just a short walk from regular public transport routes. They have a great lunch special that include 1 dish with rice and a drink, I highly recommend getting a feed from here. Delicious Honey Chicken and Mongolian Beef made for a great picnic in the park up the street!

Not sure what’s going on with this takeaway now, but after being very happy customers for 1.5yrs and ordering the same dishes right up until about 2 months ago, I’m a bit sad and left wondering if it has changed hands. Both the salt and pepper tofu and salt and pepper chicken were about 1/2 the serving size with it being bulked up with fried wonton wrappers. The salt and pepper seasoning was just dumped on top not mixed through. The vege fried rice had nowhere near the same amount of flavour and vegies in it. And the hot chips were pretty inedible and burnt. Disappointing as it was so consistently good right up until about 2 months ago.

I ordered three dishes plus rice per phone. There was little taste differentiation between the three dishes: the beef and black bean sauce contained llittle black bean sauce and the ginger and shallot dish had precious little ginger. Worst of all, even though I clearly stated that I wanted squid with ginger and shallots and repeated this a second time because I was uncertain of the phone answerer’s English, I still ended up with beef instead of squid with ginger and shallots. Clearly, English comprehension is a problem as well as cooking skill. Will order elsewhere next time.
