Food was good and relatively quick but what ruined it for me was the initial impression. Customer service wasn’t great, we had booked a table and there seemed to be an issue finding us a table. No one communicated this to us though so we were just left standing there, in the way of the counter. If it wasn’t Father’s Day and everywhere else would’ve been busy, we would’ve gone elsewhere just because of the way we were dealt with. Customer service definitely let this down as the place was lovely and food was pretty good.

We came here for a late breakfast after driving from Victoria. Lovely food and great coffee but there was a mix up with table numbers and the waiting and counter staff seemed totally overwhelmed. We waited about 40 mins for our coffees and in the end had to get them to take away. There were a few people who had problems with their orders either not arriving or going to the wrong table. They were VERY busy so recommend if you’re visiting on a Saturday to leave plenty of time.

How good is this gorgeous little cafe. Cosy warm with a lovely fire to welcome you. Very friendly and helpful service. Spacious seating inside and out. Excellent coffee and tasty Portuguese tart. Heaven!
