This brunch, in my personal opinion, the best one in Hobart. Me and my partner visit at least twice a month. They offer a different special meal every weekend, always surprising us, and the portions are generous. The coffee is also excellent ( I recon honey+oat coffee ), and the staff friendly. In all, the Duchess cafe is a place that well worth your time to enjoy!

Absolutely beautiful atmosphere with great food and service. Everything was just perfect, the food arrived just on time and the customer service was brilliant. Lots of options available to try for breakfast or brunch. I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing, and I really mean AMAZING, food. Fresh, delicious and awesome flavours. Lovely clean and beautifully presented Cafe with gorgeous, friendly and very attentive staff. Food came out very fast and all at the same time with four very different meals in perfect presentation and temperature. Coffees made obviously with love and very artistic presentation. Absolutely can not fault this experience in the slightest. Perfect in every way. Such a pleasure.

This place is a gem. Firstly, it’s the best coffee around Sandy Bay in my opinion! Also, the coffee serve is generous. The price is very reasonable, staff are exceptionally friendly and remember us. The other patrons are also very friendly and we love it that we can take our dog and she can have her own pupaccino on the veranda with us. There are heaters to warm you on a chilly day. And it’s popular with other dog owners from the area.
