Been to Coffee Club at Nepean River quite a few times, since the days when it was the first of the cafes at this precinct. Back then you sat outside and you had green grass with horses over your shoulder. Now of course the river road cafe strip is full of trendy restaurants. As for the food and service, staff have been consistently friendly. I usually go for a club sandwich or a burger & chips. Always hot & fresh. The young staff are mostly prompt in attending to your order. They also engage with you for a short conversation with a cheery smile. One of the other good things about this cafe is that you can cross the road & explore the Nepean river after you finish ! The public walkways along the riverbank have recently been upgraded, so you can walk all the way from Coffee Club to Penrith Weir !! Lovely place for brekky by the Nepean River. Went 7.30am on a Friday and had smashed avo, B.L.A.T Eggs Benedict and coffees. Everything was well presented, tasty and good value. Staff in the front and kitchen were lovely. Comfy chairs inside and lots of natural light. Highly recommend going early morning for a nice and relaxing experience.

Great location across from the river. The place was jumping in the spring sunshine but we didn’t have to wait too long and there were a couple of vegan options to keep me happy. I had the Fable tortilla things. The price was very reasonable and the portion size was generous without going overboard. Perfect light lunch. More vegan options and I would have gone the extra star.
