We ordered 2 smoked salmon/fresh avo on sourdough breakfast. How on earth it became such an ordeal is beyond me. Beginning with the girl at the front of house taking the wrong orders (avocado on toast), we had to fight to get the right meal. We were told we only paid for avo on toast so paid more for the original meals we ordered, (this was after an hours waiting for avo on toast!). All the while we are losing money on our stall that is un-manned at the rodeo event! Finally a waitress came and added smoked salmon to our avocado on toast. This was missing many components of the meal including egg, hash brown, capers, pickled radish and red onion. We had none of these components. After far too long and paying full price for our meal our lovely waitress (who seemed quite embarrassed and confused) sorted this out and came back with 2 extra plates with all the missing components. We are grateful to the kitchen for a lovely meal when it finally came out and grateful to our waitress for clearing up this mess caused originally by the main front of house staff (who tried to blame us for ordering the wrong meal when she took the order wrong and we asked her if she got it correct due to the pricing being off!). No, a free coffee when we had already paid for 2 wasn’t going to make up for the money lost at our stall as we waited for you to sort out our order which were 2 of the same pre-existing items from the menu!!!).

Great experience today, Wednesday, waitress friendly and efficient. Not so good when I visited on Sunday, it was chaotic then, with tables uncleared and lad on till wanting to charge me for food I hadn’t had.

Ordered two take away coffees. Realized they were the wrong coffees in the cab on the way to the airport. Called and explained to which the staff were nice about it but couldn’t offer a refund over the phone. Nice staff but wouldn’t recommend going here for coffee.
