The service was terrible today they had one poor girl doing table service and cleaning poor girl was run off her feet while the managers sat at a table doing paperwork. I must the service has gone backwards in the last couple of weeks, got the wrong tea, the muffins cold as they sat on the bench, after the staff members using their hands to remove the product out of the cabinet to heat up

When we arrived, the lovely team had already laid out flowers on our tables to show compassion to our group who were gathering together after losing a dear friend in the gold coast chopper crash. Went to grab a coffee today and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and atmosphere even when it was quite busy. Plus the coffee made by two younger girls was amazing!! Would 100% recommend.

The girl sweta (brown girl) i think it was?? Was so nice. She genuinely has amazing customer service skills, came in yesterday at around 12pm, she was training and yet was still able to pull off the best coffee i’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming back to this place. 20/10!

The coffee is excellent but the food is awful. I ordered the smashed avocado. I got 1 dry piece of toast with less than a quarter of an avo and about 4 cherry tomatoes. The service was poor and I left feeling very disappointed.
