The service and food quality at Coolum Coffee Club were disappointing during my recent visit. As a regular patron of Coffee Club, I found that this particular location did not meet the usual standards. The online QR code ordering system was not functioning, and when I approached the counter to place my order, the staff seemed indifferent to the online ordering system. Additionally, they were unhelpful when I had questions about the menu.

Took my parents here for lunch today 22/12/22 and it was absolutely amazing. Mum had the calamari, dad had the Whiting and I had the cauliflower and avocado salad with calamari. All the meals were very generous and great for the price. Everything was perfect. The 3 young staff that waited on us were polite and attentive. We could not fault the food or the service. Well done! As an added bonus it was also dog friendly

Consistently good cappuccino which is rare. Had fruit toast and a couple of other things out of the display case and they were all good. Staff always friendly. Gets really busy over weekends so we picked quieter times to go over the week we visited.

Being local I like to support locals however today was the third strike. Forgot my meal, waited 30 minutes before reminding them, Caesar salad finally came, no cheese & no anchovies. Took it back, it came back with maybe six little bit of shaved Parmesan & twice that in whole anchovies as if someone had upended the jar. Two occasions previously had the classic cheese burger with zero mustard and sauce, ironically the wife had the steak sandwich absolutely drowned in sauce & mustard. We won’t be back.

Horrible. I ordered a chicken club take away and when I got home I had one night and pulled out a black hair ( I’m blonde) I took this back and in front of the customers- no discretion , the manager started pulling apart the sandwich implying I had put the heir in there. Why? I had one bite and had to drive all the way back. I chose an omlette as a replacement as the heir put me off a club. The eggs were raw. I ate around it and within 4 hours I had the worst salmonella food poisoning ever. I would never ever go back here again. Horrible standards and terrible service

Terrible, took nearly an hour to get 2 dishes, chased up twice kept being told it’s coming. Other diners arrived after us and received more complex dishes before us. 1 meal arrived but no 2nd meal which makes having lunch with a friend impossible. Finally told the staff either provide 2nd meal or cancel and refund. 1st meal missing most ingredients and had to be returned, 2nd meal arrived and was tasteless by which time the 1st meal was cold. Waitress was trying to be helpful but she had no control over the kitchen. Eventually was refunded cost of meal but doesn’t address the issues and manager didn’t care. Would not go back. Ordered sour dough toast with toppings & Caesar salad with calamari.

Had a lovely breakfast this morning. Unfortunately we wanted pancakes but they were out of batter. I just want to give credit to the lovely waitress who was always smiling, very friendly and happily conversed with an elderly customer in store. Fantastic customer service by this young lady.
