If I could give it a zero I would. Ordered a banana smoothie, had no flavour so the staff were asked if we could get a squirt of vanilla. They responded by saying they will have to charge for it. The manager came out and said they would have to charge or refund the money for the smoothie. The manager admitted to the fact that the bananas that were being used were not ripe, so that’s why there was no flavouring.

Came in to have lunch, stood and waited for 10mins while all staff made no attempt to make eye contact. We sat our selves and then ordered online as the young guy you have working for you had the ” I hate my job” face and attitude. We had to get up and ask for water, while we waited for our meals /drinks to arrive, as the young guy was busy ignoring us. The food was great but the service is what left a bad taste in our mouths and this review.

I was only here waiting for my aunt to pick me up but there was a small delay so, happily, I was able to get a medium flat white and soak up some of their shaded el fresco area. Flat white was on the money. I wanted to eat however my aunt was picking me up just before lunchtime so I disobeyed my stomach and The Coffee Club’s food options.

Took far too long to serve our scones and cake. We had finished our coffee and had to eat dry scones without coffee. The staff were serving new customers without any consideration to the existing customers waiting for their order.
