Our lunch here was exceptional, the service very attentive, the dishes we had were fantastic, lots of flavour, looked great on the plate. It is a very busy place, do book or you will miss out. Menu variety has something for everyone, specials board. Did I mention the view, awesome. Could loose the dogs though with patrons sitting at waterfront, that must bring their dog.

This was my first time at the boat shed and it was a very pleasant experience. Food was great, a little on the pricey side but my partner and I really enjoyed our meals. The views are lovely, overlooking the water and because we are early eaters, we managed to catch the sunset as well. It was a little noisy which dampened the atmosphere.

Went here for lunch with my brother and his wife. It was a beautiful sunny day. The views were amazing and the food was so yummy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will go back again next time I’m in town.

Amazing views, sunset, and setting. Staff and service at this time isn’t great. They are so focused on setting tables for dinner that anyone that arrives for drinks is overwhelming or not exactly a priority.

We dined in for lunch at the boat shed. The food, coffee and service was excellent and was just a really wonderful dining experience. Even though we had no booking and it was extremely busy, their lovely wait staff found us a great table, outside with a perfect view across the river.

One would expect the price to be slightly more expensive being situated so close to the water and having a view while you dine. Price was worth it though. Service was nice and friendly. I ordered the salt and pepper squid which was ok. The seafood chowder was really good. Full chunks of seafood and soup base was nice as well. I also ordered the mocktail which was ok, flavour was funky.

Solid menu and food in a gorgeous setting. Really enjoyed our lunch here. Salmon with its crispy skin was delish, and lamb was also great.

Just the most stunning location. The boat shed is excellent in that you can go casual: sit on the water and order some bar snacks and drinks or fish&chips from the chippie. Or you can go fancy and book a table (definitely recommend booking rather than walking up) in the restaurant. Our favourite is to order some fries, shoot the aioli up with some tobasco sauce and watch the view.

Enjoyed a glass of rose and the baked brie at the tail end of their lunch service. Great spot under the tree with shade and the breeze. It was very noisy inside when it was full. The brie is not baked, it is served warm. It was still delicious I would order it again. I would have preferred real cutlery, not bamboo.
