Ordered sweet n sour stir fry , received cashew nut although i asked if they make it prior and apparently they did but they clearly didn’t make that sauce and swapped it for another. Ordered extra veggies, got 1 broccoli pieces and x2 peas .. ridiculous. Chicken was so dry, i threw it. Sauce base was too oily. Honestly was a waste of money. Never again.

Ordered our food and sat there waiting for over an hour as we watched everyone else who came after us get their food, finish their food and leave. The waiter who took our order finally comes to tell us that they “don’t know what happened” but lost our order after being questioned by someone in the kitchen who I kept making eye contact with. As we wanted to leave he proceeds to tell us it’ll be really quick to make our food so we gave it a chance and ended up ordering takeaway. It took another 20mins until our takeout was done and the same waiter comes to ask us if we still wanted rice dine in? We did not order rice to go so had no clue what he was on about. He loses our order then somehow still forgets what we ordered again lol… You would expect at least a discount or a free drink to compensate the wasted time but we got nothing and barely a 2 word apology. Was our first time eating in and we would not recommend dining in here again. Please retrain your staff. It makes no sense that your waiter didn’t think to check on us at all while he was bringing out food to everyone else after us.

We have been here so many times but the food that was served yesterday was the best till date. The food was flavourful and well-prepared. The waitresses (I think Laxmi was her name) were very helpful and also checked in with us as we left. Overall, great experience . Recommended!

This is the second time that got dissatisfied and disappointed with my stir-fry cashew chicken order. I explicitly advised the young waiter that like well cooked stir fry with normal chillies and nit sweet chiilie as the sauce. I was served the stir fry with Oyster sauce which was so salty, raising BP. When I mentioned that to the young waiter, he said he will replace. After fee minutes, he came along with a lady saying its a new meal. It was not…it had my rice grains in it which I splashed in the stir fry and it still had oyster sauce. All they did was to stir fry my original meal to make the chicken chewy. When I stated, the young guy lied to me saying it’s completely a new serve as he threw my old plate away. Please explain how come the stir fry had rice grains in it which I poured over the stir fry plate. Just a rip off and dishonest place in my opinion. I will never ear at Thai me again. This is the second time for me with such bad food and service.
