Best Malaysian food in Hobart. It’s halal too. Service was quick and friendly. Ordered dumplings, Hainanese Chicken and Nasi Goreng. Every dish was on point.

It was delicious and quick serving. Staffs are friendly. The fried noodles are coming with lots of prawns, squid and other vegetables. It’s good option during busy lunch time or weekend lunch.

Great little restaurant. Coming from Sydney, where there are abundant Malaysian restaurant options, I was curious how this place in Hobart would stack up. Was glad I did. Good food, authentic flavours, super tender Rendang. Staff were friendly, and the service was quick. Highly recommended!

If you’re after some Malaysian in Hobart, look no further! I often benchmark a Malaysian place with their Char Kway Teow, this one is right up there in Australia. Who would have thought I’d get a good one in Hobart! Good wok hei, generous portion, freshly fried with good ingredients. Give it a go if you’re in the area! Thumbs up from me

I have been to this place twice since I stayed in Tasmania for 4 months (because my accommodation is far from the city). The roti Prata is the best. I never find the best roti Prata like this place. I also tried the nasi lemak, I prefer to choose wings fried chicken than curry. Overall, the food was satisfying and reasonable as well. The portion was big. My friends also love to come to this place. I’ll come back if I visit Tasmania. Just remember, sometimes they will full house n U have to book first (usually on the weekend).

Food reminds me of being in Malaysia, fresh fried fish with soy sauce and home made tofu is just heavenly.

Great flavoured curry laksa. The soup has decent spice and excellent depth of flavour. You can top it with anything but chicken is probably best (duck is pictured, just roasted bone free duck breast) Noodle was a little bit soft if I was being critical.

When there’s a sweet thing have, must be a lot of ants around. Well, that’s how I described about the good restaurants. And for the first time I was in Hobart, this is first restaurant that I choose. Thanks for having us. We enjoyed the foods and the warmth welcomes.

This location is amazing! All halal and the service was brilliant. They gave us some prawn crackers on the house, the serves were massive considering the cheap prices and the food was amazing 🙂
