This place advertises ‘quality food, coffee and art’ and it fails on all accounts. I don’t understand how a lacklustre cafe like this still operates in this day and age. Had eggs on toast and it was the thinnest, whitest, cheapest bread one can possibly buy. Colleague had pancakes – acceptable for pre-made pancakes with previously frozen berries, now zapped in the microwave and cream from a can. Avoid if you can. Also I know art is what one makes it, but clearly the artwork is done by the cafe’s mother/wife/uncle/child.

Great coffee, come here every Sunday and the coffee never lets me down. Even when it’s busy the service is friendly and speedy! Never dined in but I reckon it would be a great place to do so. Small area inside but spacious still, very pleasant experience everytime. The staff are absolute gems, always friendly to me and other customers when I’m waiting for my coffee. 🙂

Coffee was good, but got a Spearmint milkshake, complete with almost warm flat milk with no thickness or shake to it and the same amount of spearmint left as my 2 year old toothpaste tube thats had the literally life squeezed out of it, threw it out

I’ve been here pretty regularly, it’s open on a Sunday which is nice. Staff are always lovely and the food is great. We like the breakfast burger. Prices are very reasonable. It has fast service but still manages to feel like a relaxed cafe.

Me and my partner regularly come and buy coffee with treats here and twice we have had a bad experience with an abrupt older lady with short black hair. No customer service skills at all. Although the coffee tastes good she makes it taste bad by her disrespectful behaviour. Twice she has had a go at me and my partner utilising the bathroom and telling us we haven’t purchased anything even though we have. This morning she barged in front of me as I went to use the bathroom and then when she came out she was raising her voice at me and saying she had worked all morning on the counter and hasn’t witnessed me buy anything even though my partner had walked in and purchased this morning. I let her know of the order and she immediately remembered but carried on speaking with me in a disrespectful manner. I let her know that it is not okay to talk to people this way wether I have purchased something or not. And maybe if she learnt how to treat other human beings with respect your coffee shop would have more customers.
