Sushi Hub opened its first store in 2006 and now has over 150 stores operating nationally. Sushi Hub prides itself on delivering Japanese cuisine, made from the freshest locally sourced produce. Serving sushi is a labour of love between our chefs and our customers. Today, I ordered some sushi for 2 friends. I ordered for them separately. The food tastes really good, but they charged me extra. I ordered 5 grilled salmon but they only gave me 3 salmon, and still charged me for 5 salmon. Probably there is few name tags for sushi name, I can’t tell the right name of each type, so staff there were really confused when I ordered sushi, then they made mistakes. I don’t want any refund. But could you please put all the name tags next time, so that customers can know the right names.

Used to visit them quite often. Very disappointing service which in any way I should not expect much. Wrong rolls were given and poor service than ever. Hope they are not unpaid so they can be motivated for work!

This store was super duper busy but there was only 5 staff I can see during the lunch time peak hours to produce the nice and fresh sushi for us to enjoy. I can’t imagine how hardwork how tired their staff was going through…
