Popped in for a quick lunch and made my way through a couple plates while at the sushi belt bar. Was fast, delicious and exactly what I wanted for an authentic Japanese style sushi spot. Thanks for the quick service and low hit to the wallet

I visited here for the first time. The food was good but after meal, I saw something strange… That was all of the sushi makers who are infront of the sushi train used same black gloves to washing dishes and cleaning dishclothes while making sushis.. only one gloves even not changing it.. I truly so it. I felt so disgusting.. I was thinking Why..they are using the same gloves after washing dishes making sushi..? Omg so dirty isn’t? I feel really really bad.

Service is as expected, efficient the atmosphere is quite lively.

Convenient location to have sushi in the CBD and it can be as quick or as slow as you like once you’re seated. Ordering is through the tablet on the table but it’s not hard to flag staff down if you want to ask a question. Food is nice. A big plus is they let you pay separately.

I came here for a quick dinner as it was recommended and I was in the area. They have all plates for $4.80 each (mostly including two nigiri/aburi, or one of the larger/more substantial sushi dishes). They also have other dishes, such as udon and sashimi sets.

Overall giving a 4. Love coming to sushi edo at any of their stores around Brisbane. Fav food is salmon and cream cheese with Greek yoghurt . Also good pratcice for talking japanese if you want to improve.
