Who knows why I returned after the previous bad experience. Astoundingly slow service, waited in line for over 15 minutes, one staff member preparing the rolls as one ran around refilling the salads (that did not need replacing) whilst two others stood around the corner all while people were lining up out the door. Might be a hard concept but understand your busy periods and prepare earlier

Not covid safe at all. Marks on the floor (where they do exist) is severely worn. Was actually asked by the person serving me to bunch up and I copped attitude when I mentioned that an entire line of people shoulder to shoulder isn’t covid safe. No covid marshal. What a joke. I suppose I should be thankful they were at least wearing masks.

2:30pm 11/10/2020 So was Honestly best Subway sandwich I have ever had however customer service skills slightly lacking no one seemed happy to be happy working there and jade was making a strange head gesture to co worker whilst serving us not really fussed at that but when this young lady reached to the bottom of the tomato tin and placed old wrinkly skin tomato’s on my sandwich I instantly lost any interest in returning for another six months so pulled the tomato off rather enjoyed it so recap great food bad service hence the 3 star review can’t knock good food but won’t tolerate bad service to get it Like Most !!!

Some time ago, I got served by someone and a new worker was there – it was all fine until this manager pointed out that the new person was “precious”. So I had encouraged this new person and said, “Don’t worry, I’m precious too.” The manager became rude and snappy and had said something along the lines of, “You wouldn’t want to say that working here.” I also picked up on the fact that some of the staff are snappy with each other. Normally I’d say the food is great but I think the store needs to improve on in how they talk to each other and the manager needs to quit her bad attitude.

The winner of the worst subway restuarant goes to this one and boy oh boy does it win it with flying colours. The most unhigenic and filthiest subway in Australia. The staff are nothing but rude and definetly not interested in performing a job that there getting paid to do.there work station is nothing but an abomonation and looks like it hasnt been cleaned since they first opened. The fridge holding drinks isnt even cold, cant remember the last time i wanted to quench my thirst with a nice warm lemonade. After buying and walking out with my food i accepted loosing the 21$ i paid for a salmonella sandwich, tossed it in the bin to avoid any risk to my health. The macadamia cookies were nice.
