They charged me for a drink and sandwiches when I only got a drink and instead of giving me money back they charged my friend less for her meal!! This should not be the way problems are solved for customers!! This is not good enough customer service!!

It is always a better experience when Jade is working at Subway Goonellabah. I have noticed a lot of new faces and less of Jade lately. It has prompted me to write this review because she makes the whole Subway experience in my opinion. Happy, courteous and with a sense of humour, she keeps me coming back!

Holly at the Goonellabah Subway is amazing, excellent customer service and made a very happy bubbly experience. She asked if there was enough sauce and checked that everything was right. Very happy with service ☺️

This subway has really gone down hill. The quality of the food, customer service and general cleanliness is really below average. I don’t know if it’s recently been sold or something has changed but regardless I won’t be visiting again in the near future.

Staff are friendly, food is fresh, always clean and tidy.you can sit outside or inside with the aircon… The location is out by approx almost 1km. It is in the shopping complex beside the Media Centre heading east towards Wollingbar/Alstonville(beside Chemist Warehouse, IGA, etc,etc.
