We went out on a public holiday trying our luck on Lygon street which has many restaurants. Unfortunately most of them are closed so we decided to go with what is open. As you would expect from the little Italy area, this is an Italian restaurant. We tried their chicken Parma and spaghetti Marinara. Both are okay, the chicken Parma came with some sort of mayo sauce which is not common. Spaghetti was generous in portions but you can get better tasting pasta in other Italian restaurants on the same street.

We loved eating here. Service was fast and the serves were generous. The food smelled so delicious we couldn’t wait to put it in our mouths. The garlic flavours of the garlic bread could be tasted before it entered your mouth and the bruschetta Pomodoro was light and fresh on crispy bread. Unfortunately the chicken in the rissotto tasted old which made it less appealing; but the kids wanted to duel for the last slice of margarita pizza. The food an service brought back found memories of eating at Nonna’s.

Amazing place. Vegetarian platter was beautiful- made veggies yummy. The matriciana was on point! The flavour was intense with plenty of bacon and olives. Only downside was that they ran out of potato skins (which is meant to be delicious as well). Guess we’ll have to try it on our next visit. Wait staff were also friendly and helpful. Will become our new regular for Italian.

the food here was very disappointing. the vegetarian antipasto board was upsetting – everything on it was deep-fried, and the two sauces provided were very rich and fatty, with a mayo-like consistency. like add something fresh, some pickled vegetables, some olives some bread, i don’t know. but this selection of deep-fried goods was mediocre to the extreme.

We went out for lunch & stumbled upon this place by chance. The food was delicious, we took the kids who both had pasta, we also had pizzas & the bruschetta & it was all amazing. Would definitely go back & the staff were lovely as well so in all a great place!

I had a great experience at Stuzzichino Restaurant & Bar. The carbonara was very delicious, and the chocolate fudge cake was the best I’ve ever had. The service was great, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Italian dining experience.
