Our famous burgers are the talk of the town so make sure you try one! I don’t know what’s better, the food or the service. Either way you can’t fault these guys. Absolutely the best fish and chips shop in nerang… or, well, anywhere!! They always accommodate special requests and I just know their lemon supply has increased since I’ve been coming here!! I just read your response… really??? That abusive response, that’s how you deal with an honest review.??? You did serve me awful fish the last two times l visited your shop and that’s because it stank. And the fish does not stink if it’s fresh. It was in no comparison to the fish you served when you opened and you seemed friendly and caring, it then all just went down hill, l think you completely lost your passion and interest in serving good quality fresh fish and chips, and instead cut back in quality and started offering imported not so fresh frozen fish, the last time l went to you the fish stank, and the smell stayed in the car for two days until l cleaned it. l tried the business one more time, it was the same lifeless food experience with bad fish. IIf you want your business to last then serve fresh Australian fish and put more care into the quality of what you are giving customers , as we definitely need good fresh fish n chips in the area.
