As soon as I submitted my phone number for the online order, I got spammed (and have been spammed again) with an unsolicited text. Also, the food was very oily and heavy. Big portions though (naan and samosa) so good value I suppose, especially calorifically!

This is my favourite Indian in Brisbane! I order the Palak Paneer and it is unlike any other. Even other Sitars in Brisbane do it differently. The naan is always fresh and fluffy, with a slight crisp on the bottom. The saffron infused rice is always light and fluffy. Highly recommend!

Ordered food from Sitar restaurant in Ashgrove. Food quality is very low. Ordered Chicken tikka pieces, very dry, no flavour or yoghurt. Lamb patties dry, no flavour. Both cold straight from the fridge and worried I will get sick eating it. Unfortunately would not recommend at all.

If there is a first and last time, this would be it! Simple dish like palak paneer is made with extremely small cubes with a tasteless yellow milky paste (supposedly cashew it seems) and spinach just thrown on top. Rice was super dry and old. Naan was hard and no garlic or butter. The chicken had so much of chemical smell, we had to junk the whole order.
