Delicious Sichuan food in a hidden alleyway in Melbourne. The cumin pork ribs were delicious with the perfect amount of cumin and Sichuan peppers. The fish fragrant eggplant was good too. How have I lived in Melbourne for so long and have never heard of this place?

Food is good but it’s a little bit salty though. Huge portions that you could take home and enjoy the next day.

Hidden gem.. Loved the food and the service. Cummins pork was delicious.. So was the kung pao chicken.. If you reach around 6 ish on a weekday, you will find it pretty empty but just before 7, many start coming in.

I made a booking online and received confirmation but when I got there the staff said no such booking was received. We were lucky we got there early so still able to get a spot. Food is consistent and we enjoyed it. We have frequented this place for more than 10 years ever since we were uni students. Prices are reasonable given the portion. Love all the spices and flavour!

Amazing service, food was unbelievably nice. Gave it a 4.4 out of 5. They had friendly staff, very comfy chairs, even provided chopsticks. They didn’t give us forks for fried rice or the duck that we ordered. They also didn’t pour water for us. Overall a nice experience but could improve on looks. Would love to come back again!

Good value for your money. We had a lunch here for $10 each and it is a flavourful dish especially the beef noodle. Be warned that some of the food are spicy, you need to tell the crew not to put too much chilli oil. I enjoyed the food and will definitely come back here with my family. Make sure to order the dumpling in chilli oil and it will make your day worth it.

One of the top Sichuan restaurants in Melbourne. Truly great food. Very consistent and fantastic flavors. We’ve been lucky to eat Sichuan from some of the most respected chefs in the world, and this rates beside it.

This Sichuan restaurant used to be really popular but have since lost it’s popularity due to the increasing competition. We ordered five dishes and found them to be pretty average. The star was the cold noodle, it was refreshing and tasty. The rest of the dishes are lacking that complex Sichuan flavours.
