Excellent, high quality seafood and top notch beef. Enjoy as a shared experience with other adult friends! The cost is justified for a wonderful culinary experience. I recommend the chilli prawns and soft shell crab but I hear the sushi boat is divine.

Just as amazing as ever, took a drive down to Helensburgh. We absolutely love this place, amazing food and service. They never fail to impress. Miso eggplant, tempura prawns and the sashimi boats are the best anywhere.

Top quality local Japanese restaurant that is outstanding on every front! Service is great, food is absolutely delicious and the drinks are cold. The hardest part is making sure they aren’t booked out so you can come in and treat yourself. Can’t wait to go back and try the hotpot

Very surprised to find a Japanese eatery in a small town run by Japanese staff. Had the premium beef shabu shabu set (2nd from top), tempura and a matcha tiramisu. The 50/50 split shabu shabu stock was nice. The clear, dashi konbu stock was very ‘clean’, light and easy to drink after cooking. Definitely a much more authentic experience vs other would be “japanese” places. If you prefer sauce drenched ‘heavy’ tasting food, look elsewhere.

Delicious, authentic Japanese food and excellent service! Portions are just a bit on the small side considering the price, things can add up quickly (especially if you have a big appetite like me). Also seems more of a family place with kids, particularly at lunchtime.

We were so excited to have a sushi restaurant in Helensburgh and we were quite sure we’d be back each week, or more often once takeaway is an option. Food was good but not special, but portions were so small that we had to order twice what we normally would as a family. Sort out the high pricing and we’ll be back
