Asked for a chicken schnitzel sandwich took it home only to find it had no chicken in it, so I went back and the laddie lied to save her self and said I never ordered a chicken schnitzel and that she even asked me and I said no. (Which was a dumb way to lie instead of just saying she forgot) all of the laddies were extremely rude about it even though all I wanted was them to chuck a chicken schnitzel on the sandwich. Told me I had to pay extra for it because the $12 I paid was only for the salad sandwich. Horrible and rude customer service. Best go somewhere else
