It’s absolutely sinful that so much goodness can be purchased for only about $20! Despite being understaffed, the service was very friendly and helpful. The food was unbelievably good!

Coffee wasn’t hot, coffee liquid level was too low, tables and floors are really dirty…. Taste was good, furniture and decoration are impressive but needs more attention to clean. Coffee was late.

Terrible service. The only tables free were cluttered and dirty with left over dishes. So I sat outside Nandos, which was closed and the waiter said he wouldn’t give me my order. So I stood up to move but he had already walked off so I had to find him to point out that there was no clean place to sit. He rolled his eyes, cleared some dishes but didn’t wipe the table! Then he practically threw my already melted order on the table. When I told him to wipe the table he turned his back, waved his hand and said yeah yeah. God knows how that guy has ever managed to get this job, seems they have no standard in who they hire. Paid $14 for one cup of melted desert.

The service was rather slow and the food not all satisfactory. The churros were alright (and massive) with the dipping sauces but rather bland on their own (could use a bit more cinnamon perhaps?). Also, the empanadas and crispy potatoes were extremely small considering the price they were ($7.95 each). They came in two ceramic dishes which were probably only 9cm in diameter. There was probably more tomato chutney in the dishes than potatoes. The order of food coming out was also odd: The savoury ones were the last and the sweets first, the drinks didn’t arrive at the same time but far apart. We had to keep calling attention of the waitress to get something which could have been handed to use without asking in the first place (serviettes, small spoons for the Bubaccinos so that the girls could get the marshmallows without making a mess). Overall, it was disappointing considering the price range. The service and quantity of savoury food did not quite live up to expectations. I’d not spend $80 here again.

Went in tonight at 9pm waited in the line and when it was finally our turn they said there was no oil for everyone’s Churros. The front of the store was very dirty. So we didn’t order anything. Came back at 5minutes before the store was meant to close. Walked in and a staff member was sitting opposite the register on his phone didn’t even greet us, I had to greet him. I said can I please just get a piece of cake, he said no we are closed. I said just want one piece don’t even heat it. He said no we are closed and walked off and back on his phone. Even though they were “closed” there was people still eating inside. Horrible horrible customer service tonight. After he refused to serve me the piece of cake, I went to Coco Cubano at 10:15pm they were closed, but were so happy to serve me and offered me a free piece of cake on top of the one I already purchased from them.

They made a mistake with my order, when pointed out there was something wrong with my order they wouldnt fix it. Would have been happy to pay the difference if any but didn’t want to know about it. Very poor service, 1 star because deserts were nice otherwise 0 stars would be too many for their poor attitude and lack of interest.

Churros and coffee were okay; ice cream tasted watery, but service and cleaniness were terrible. Your stuff on sunday night is just lazy. 4 people, and they can’t clean tables or swipe the floor from rubbish. We ask the girl to wipe the table and swipe rubbish underneath our table. She just move plates from our table to another . Eventually after talking to another girl, she swiped the floor. Ice cream that’s a separate story….no one even brought it to our table; it was just left next to the register… I’m so disappointed I will never come back.

Consistently slowest cafe I have ever been too. If their hot chocolate wasn’t so good (50% of the time) I would never come back. Staff don’t communicate or ever interact with you and forever waiting for items

Turned up on q Thursday evening understandably busy and expected.to wait. Issue was my order of a regular strawberry meringue mess and decaf Spanish espresso were both incorrect. Was offered a Spanish caramel drizzle and charged for caramel in the ciffee where it wasn’t asked for nor was the Spanish caramel sauce actually available with this meal option.
