Last time I went to Saigon Feast they overcharged me by $6 while I was watching the lady add the price of the meals on a calculator . I found this quite humorous and I wasn’t too concerned. Perhaps they are doing it tough and I was under no obligation to return to this business, there are plenty of other options in Newcastle.

This lovely place went beyond my expectations! The pho is very authentic, everything is fresh. The lady is very kind and asked if I want water as I was coughing. It’s definitely a must try if you are visiting Newcastle.

Easily the worst meal I have eaten in the past 5 years. The pho my table mates ordered looked and tasted fine, but my coconut seafood curry came out after everyone else had finished their meals and looked and tasted like they had scrapped something out of the bottom of the freezer. I shouldn’t have even tried eating it, based on the look, so it’s on me that it explosively exited only an hour later. I cannot urge you more strongly to look elsewhere – it’s just not worth it.
