A lovely pizza restaurant in the middle of Blue Mountains, we stumbled across this restaurant trying to find dinner and glad we entered! The atmosphere is cosy and the pizzas and starters were tasty. They have a big list of pizzas with different toppings and definitely want to come back to try the rest.

The pizza we ordered had barely any toppings on it, the dough was good, but the toppings were very frugal. The portion size of the pasta was pretty small as well, considering the prices.

Walked into Rustico, didn’t have much expectations as it was our first night in the mountains, and ordered their signature pizza called…..wait for it…. Rustico! It was a recommendation by one of the staff and boy was it a gem! Their Rustico pizza is, no exaggeration, the best pizza I’ve ever had. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful, the taste of the sauces was strong but not overpowering, the base was thin and crispy while still maintaining the “powdery” texture of fresh dough.
