Almost a french breakfast experience in the heart of downtown Sydney. Lovely warm, buttery croissant and a whipped hot chocolate that kept its flavour to the very end. Edith Piaf playing quietly in the background, pleasant service with a french accent and shady footpath tables & chairs, reminiscent of cafes in Paris. A pleasant way to kickstart a weekday morning.

Cyril and Guillaume went above and beyond to make our day special, serving delicious food that was prepared with love and care. They even made the restaurant exclusive for us from 12pm onwards, served celebration drinks at their own cost, and even gave us some pressies. We were really pampered!

Popped in for a coffee & cake whilst waiting for our hotel room. My coffee latte was very good, served in a glass, whilst my wife had a pot of tea. We both had a pain au raisin, which was nice & moist and very tasty. The service was very good.

Just had a really good lunch here: cassoulet and a nice bottle of Malbec. Both reasonably priced and above average in quality. This down-to-earth bistro is almost hidden from the street and at the quieter end of Victoria St, but well worth the search.
