We walk-in the cafe 10mins before closing. The staff member were welcoming towards us. We ordered a BLT, banana bread and two flat white. Coffee was good, banana bread was yummy (not overly sweet), the BLT was more like a toasties with cheese and avocado. Not quite what we expect for a BLT but tasty nonetheless. Thank you to the 3 lovely ladies who work there.

Roses Cafe is the quintessial country cafe. A huge variety of local fresh food on offer. An opportunity to take it to away and sit by the Nambucca River opposite or eat at the cute tables inside. My Salad sandwich was so delicious. But the menu had the most wonderful variety. Quiche,Fish and chips and so much more our grandies had hot dogs, my daughter one of the many focaccia choices, there were Hamburgers of every variety including top of the range with the lot just $13. Ice Cream local jams chutney honey and more. We love Roses Cafe in Macksville Mid North Coast NSW

Good quality Australian Cafe. No frills, just honest service and food. Both had BLT focaccia. They did not scrimp on the bacon. Lovely people.

This is a lovely place to visit, as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a fabulous smell of nice food and a welcoming sound of people chatting together, they have a wide variety of food on offer to order and an ice cream bar, which I appreciated because you don’t see that around much anymore, they also had soft serve ice-cream options and a decent menu for them such as sundaes etc.

Two lovely ladies were working behind the counter today. They were working hard to keep up with orders but still had smiles for new customers. They chatted with everyone which made for a cheery friendly atmosphere. The coffee i had was awesome as was the toasted rasisin bread. Well done!
