Dined for dinner. We shared the fish cakes & curry puffs for entree & green chicken curry for main with rice. The food was tasty however the green curry was more sweet then spicy which was a shame as I was really wanting & expecting a more spicier curry from the description on the menu listed as 2 chilli’s. Service friendly.

Food was fine. Staff were very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Never in my life have a seen a restaurant charge per one spoon of rice?! Very interesting and stingy in my opinion. Would not recommend, just go to the local pub and get your moneys worth.

Attended 6.10pm 22/8/23 only persons present mother with 2 small children in restaurant. We requested another table after they attemped to seat us in a corner, out of view. We ordered two mains with rice. One main then luke warm rice arrived. I sat with my rice for about 10 minutes before requesting it be heated. Rice returned and shortly after with my main. Meals where average and rice clunky. Service was poor and female receiving payment was unpleasant. Not great experience.

Great restaurant not as authentic as you would find in greater Sydney but it’s not bad, Service is good and prompt. Seeing how busy they are, it didn’t take long for the food to come out. The decor and lighting contributed to the ambience of the restaurant. Overall good dining experience

Staying in Dubbo for the night and not sure what was nearby to eat…..we went for a walk and my husband found Rose Garden Thai….the plan was to get take away, however upon entering the restaurant and looking at the menu decided to eat in……amazing pad Thai……lovely calm and serene atmosphere, clean and well maintained….staff great……seemed to be a popular local choice as well…..it was a nice end to a busy day…..would recommend

What can I say, super yummy food, we had the salt and pepper calamari as a starter, then the beef musamon and Thai green chicken curry as mains with two mocktails. Everything was perfect, the service was exquisite and the owners were very friendly. Cosy atmosphere with delicious food. Pass through Dubbo semi frequently for work purposes and will definitely return! 5/5 Yummo!!!

I always visited Rose garden on my trips to Dubbo. How very disappointed I was tonight. Takeaway meals were awful- beef was tough as boot leather and rice was soggy. Veggies were hard couldn’t bite into the broccoli. Not the Rose garden thai food that I remembered. 2 stars for cleanliness.
