The food is too bad, totally unacceptable . And the services are kind of discrimination. There are some alone customers using double table. We are a two people group customers and only order this small one, when there are still many available

Functional fast food Vietnamese, good and easy eating, but can’t say I haven’t had better at some smaller shops around Perth and Fremantle.

The food is always excellent and the staff are hard working. There was a small mix up with my order and they took the time and effort to correct it. This shows they care and it’s much appreciated!

Was walking by – checked out menu and saw that both rice paper rolls and bao buns were listed at under $5. Thought i’ll try one of each and went inside. Turns out, you can buy rice paper rolls only in pairs at $9, when dining in.

Worst Banhmi I ever had. Order took 30 mins had to follow up. Ended up waitress saying kitchen staff is new. Not waitress’ fault who was very apologetic. All good we said. Now the Pork Crackling Banhmi we ordered was nowhere crackling. Meat was soaked and pretended to be juciy. My teeth is nothing compared to the strength of the pork crackling. Can’t bite into it. Really impossible.

Food is mid. I work nearby and have come here a few times. The popular ‘authentic viet banh mi’ was nothing different from the bakery in the transperth station… Stale and dry. I had a salad the next time and it was not good. They’re online ordering systems aren’t good either as I ordered and paid online thinking it would save me time on break but they never updated the online tracking. I decided to go and my food had been sitting in the back for a while.

We bought 2 banh mi to take-away yesterday for lunch. Staff were very pleasant. Certainly could not say that about the food we bought. The buns were stale, the pork was dry & not freshly cooked and the flavor was not authentic. We just couldn’t eat it and had to throw it in the bin. Sadly, very disappointing.

It’s not very authentic Vietnamese food unfortunately. Mamma Tran is better in flavours and authenticity. Perhaps they are trying to appeal to a different variety of customers by adjusting the flavours (ie. Less fish sauce), but it just takes away all the aromas and tastes of a Vietnamese dish.

There was a hair in my Banh Mi, the bread was dry enough to kill a swan, and there was not a literal atom of pate. This restaurant is single handedly responsible for the ruination of my love of Vietnamese cuisine.

Avoid if you’ve ever had real vietnamese food. Had the spicy beef noodle soup. Not spicy, no condiments to make it spicy apart from siracha which wasn’t going to work. Lack of much fresh herbs in bowl, lack of noodles and beef wasn’t cut really thin. Soup was flavourless and without the lemon to cut through the fat it would have been inedible. Poor imitation ofBun Bo Hue.
