Hi made a booking for midday Saturday, booking was made on Wednesday, this was under Evanns and it was for 4 and we dressed up as a special occasion ,particularly as it was my sister’s 60th Birthday. Stood at the door outside at midday and nobody gave us a courtesy call ,was in bad taste and don’t believe you didn’t have number when you even asked for email when booking was made.We had to walk around to find another place.Went to Little Prince instead, were well looked after ,great food .

Table of 4 for Mothers Day lunch, we all had 3 courses. Everyone enjoyed the meal, my eye fillet was cooked to perfection. Staff are friendly and efficient. This restaurant never disappoints.

Had dinner here last night and thought the food was excellent. Really enjoyed sharing the prawn spring rolls and cheesy garlic bread. I had the chicken salad which was delicious and very filling. Really nice atmosphere, and fun server.

Gave the Ritz another chance last night after our disappointing experience 4 years ago.Unfortunately nothing changed except the waiter who’s name is Lochie who did a great job. My wife had Salmon which arrived skiin side down in a pool of tomato purée which appeared to be out of a tin. I had the pasta dish which was supposed to be in a Red Wine sauce. Which was stuck together you could not twirl it around your fork and half the dish was big lumps of pumpkin to bulk it up. It was atrocious.

We had a send-off last night for friends and it was full of patrons. We thought that the service might be a bit slow because of that, but the 2 waiters were great, very friendly, helpful & professional. 1 drink came that needed to be changed & he smiled a genuine smile not a grimace smile & took it away & straight back fixed. Don’t really like writing reviews like this as someone who worked in the industry I normally just feel disappointed and move on. But My experience at the ritz was very disappointing. After looking at resturants to take my partner for a celebration for finishing uni I come across the ritz website, looking at the menu displayed online decided to book a table. The menu looked very fine dining and perfect for a celebration. Unfortunately the menu in the resturants only shared to dishes in common with online menu. The menu in the establishment was very basic and more what you’d find at a country pub. Any way we decided we’ve booked we’ll atleast order entrees as we’ve taken up a table. so we ordered sun dried tomato, capsicum and mozzarella arancini (v) and prawn spring rolls. when the entrees Arrived they were pre cooked prawn twists and Bacon and corn arancini (glad we’re not vegetarian).
