Well curated menu with delicious dishes. Staff is friendly and prompt. Cannot fault anything. We really enjoyed the dinner and we can recommend it to anyone in this area.

This is my second time that I’ve been here, and this time around I had booked this restaurant without realising that I have been here before, as it has been a few years since I have been here and I’m so glad that I did. The service was outstanding, the food absolutely delicious, the staff very warm and friendly and the ambience was nothing short of amazing. I am sure that the whole dining experience at Restaurant Merlot would leave any diner wanting to go back time and time again, as I know that my next trip to Beechworth will include stopping at Milawa and enjoying the experience at Restaurant Merlot. Absolutely outstanding!

What an overall disappointment. Bizarre table arrangement, huge room was half empty of furniture. Breakfast service table to one side (at dinner time). No atmosphere at all. No music. Friendly but unprofessional staff. Overpriced and very undersized dishes. Just don’t even bother.
