Never had to wait when ordering at the counter. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal/experience here. Always tasty. $5 quarter chicken, chips and gravy(swap out the potato and gravy) for lunch always hits the spot.

Worst service ever received today at 4pm. Ordered food through the drive-thru & was told to go wait out the front as they were waiting on chips. Watched 4 other cars pass through before I got out of my car & went into the shop to find out about my food – 10 mins. The food was on the back bench. No apologies. Got the food home to find the mash and gravy I ordered was only gravy. Very bad service.

Amazing customer service and just as great food. The staff are always extremely cheerful and polite. They do what they can to make the customer feel acknowledged even when waiting for your food in the drive-thru. I will definitely be a return customer.

Sadly this afternoon i ordered 2 red roast dinners one had a very small piece of chicken with very little flesh and a lot of bone on it..the meal also included a total of 8 peas with very minimal gravy…the other had a total of 11 peas and very little gravy…

Went through drive through today and they refused to serve me as I wasn’t wearing a musk. Tried to explain to the girl that I’m an asthmatic and am exempt from having to wear one, she didn’t want to know. Know the regulations!! Always used to go there, not anymore.

Went through drive thru today for 2 meals costing $30 got to the window eftpos was down tried 3 times went and parked it and walked in them machines weren’t working either had to wait for eftpos to be reset 10mins later from ordering meals sat on counter so we asked for meals to be remade got home meals looked like they had just been rewrapped and cold very disappointed. Guy on the drive thru was apologetic however manager wasn’t. Probably won’t go back again
