really gone downhill. last few times we’ve ordered, our food was the wrong order, had included ingredients we asked to take out, and my family got food poisoning last night. 3/4 souvlakis were wrong. when ordering on the phone, a man groaned and made a fuss when we said we had dietary restrictions/allergies and not to include them. made us feel like an inconvenience.
