My work crew and I dropped in to Raw Sugar for a coffee yesterday. Nice spot in the middle of the Taree CBD. The service was SUPER friendly, with the guys being very helpful. We wanted some table put together and this was no bother for them. If you are in Taree I would recommend this for a coffee or something more substantial.

Visited from Brisbane and I did some searching around the local area for a highly rated cafe in Taree with affordable prices. This café ticked all the boxes. The service was friendly and the food was outstanding. Beautiful coffee hats off to the amazing barista and delicious food thanks to chef. Wish I lived close by so I could enjoy this place every weekend. If you like big portions and cheap prices this place is great

Not many veg items on the menu and none vegan. Had to do the usual “leave out the feta cheese” option where you get nothing to replace it and still pay the same. The bruschetta avocado toast was very nice, even though two of the three pieces of bread were completely dry and I had to scrape off topping from the third one to put on them. Fortunately there was plenty. The coffee was good and they have Bonsoy ❤️ which was the reason we chose to come here.

We stopped over in Taree on our way to Sydney. This looked like a good place as it was very busy. My big breakfast was good . My partner’s chicken burger less so because it was crumbed & the yellow cheese. The service was up too standard.

Don’t stop at the service centre, drive into Taree and stop at Raw Sugar Cafe for a fabulous breakfast. You will realise it’s good by all of the locals eating and enjoying coffee. They were very busy yet the service was fabulous and the food came quickly. There is a great selection of hot breakfast and the lunch menu looked very enticing. This is a must stop cafe if you are heading down the A1.

Raw Sugar has never disappointed me. The best place around for a post-night shift feed. Reasonably priced. Their menu boasts a variety of options and the specials board always has something of desire. All day breakfast is a nice bonus.
