During our visit to Rashays, my partner and I decided to try something new. We opted for the Angus burger and a seafood basket. This was our first time dining at Rashays, and we were pleasantly surprised. We took advantage of their membership discount, which we received after signing up. Wow the food has improved at rashays. It is a lot better than before but unfortunately the price also went up but i am still happy with the food. Place is great, staff are great. Overall a pleasant experience.

Dined at the Macarthur restaurant last week with my family from the UK. We only ordered main meals. We were a party of 8. 2 of the meals came out pretty much straight away. We then waited another half hour for the rest of the food. Had to chase up twice. Waitress was on her phone the whole time. Drink orders incorrect. Its wasnt busy so unsure why it took so long. Wont be returning.

Was so disappointed with how slow the service was. No staff member at the door to great us , had to find our own menus, dinner took over 30mins to be served yet there were only two other tables of 4 people there this night. Look over onto the bar in the corner and the dirty plates and glasses where piled high showing washing up had not been done for awhile. To say we were disappointed with our dining experience is an understatement

Upon entering the atmosphere is lonely. We sat at the table and the person who brought us the menu did not even greet us. We thanked her for the menu and she didn’t respond, just stared at us. The girl who took the order was kind of friendly, she said hello and asked what we wanted. When receiving the food, it arrived without salad, only chicken and potatoes and the crepe without cutlery. The taste of the food was good, the potatoes were not oily and the chicken lacked seasoning. The crepe was good nothing out of the ordinary.

Very poor service .. This Sunday around 02:00pm was quite and no much customers inside the restaurant however, we couldn’t find a clean table. and clean chair. Staff were generous as they provided us with wipes to clean the table. If you are concern about customers feedback, please look into this matter and solve it.

Ordered a medium rare steak but it was cooked to more medium. Salad was fresh and had a tasty dressing. Pink lemonade drink great and the lemon lime and bitters drink size was huge.

Service was horific, didn’t state that It’d be a 30 minute wait for our starters, manager was on her phone every 5 seconds standing where the food plates are ready, while plates were ready to be sent out. After asking the manager to come over so I could ask how much long we the wait would be for mains, she sent someone else to our table. Manager did not even smile once, I get it you might not want to be there but there’s families coming to enjoy a nice meal and they smile at you it only makes sense to smile back, no? Food was rubbery as well. Won’t be coming back to MacArthur square rashays again. Narellan rashays is where the service and food is top notch. Thank you to the other waiters.
